•These Hall-effect sensors are monolithic integrated circuits with tighter magnetic specifications, designed to operate continuously over extended temperatures to +125°C, and are more stable with both temperature and supply voltage changes.

•Each device includes a voltage regulator for operation with supply voltages of 2.8 to 18 volts, hall plate with dynamic cancellation system, temperature compensation circuitry, chopper stablized smallsignal amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open drain output to sink up to 50 mA. With suitable output pull up, they can be used with bipolar or CMOS logic circuits.

•单极霍尔只需一个磁极控制,磁铁接近时输出低电平,远离时输出高电平,另一极性始终高电平。此特性可与单个磁铁或者其他类似结构相互配合,产生不同应用例如接近开关、转速检测、水流传感、无接触式定位等。

•CMOS工艺:采用混合信号以及斩波除噪技术,使得采用该工艺的IC磁参数具有良好的一致性和高灵敏度,特别适用于需要对磁场强度做出精确反应的应用。
