•These Hall-effect sensors are monolithic integrated circuits with tighter magnetic specifications, designed to operate continuously over extended temperatures to +150°C, and are more stable with both temperature and supply voltage changes.

•Each device includes a voltage regulator for operation with supply voltages of 3.0 to 18 volts, reverse battery protection diode, quadratic Hall-voltage generator, temperature compensation circuitry, smallsignal amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output with 10k pull-up resitor.They can be used with bipolar or CMOS logic circuits.

•This sensor family includes most widely used industry package type with same die inside.

•双极霍尔需要两个磁极分别控制高电平与低电平,此特性可与多极环形磁铁或者其他类似结构相互配合,产生不同应用例如无刷电机位置传感、速度里程测量等。
