功能特点

da210 3轴加速度传感器为公司MEMS传感器系列产品(加速度计产品)。

加速度传感器系列产品内置温度传感器,可有效降低温度变化所带来的测量误差;内设96级FIFO,可有效提高CPU效率,并降低系统功耗;两个独立可编程中断,可有效通知CPU处理跌落等特殊状况。

工作温度范围为-40℃~+85℃。在±2g/±4g/±8g/±16g量程范围内,可分别提供1/2/4/8mg/digit的线性、高精度分辨率。同时,还实现了多种用户可灵活设置的功能:单击、双击、4D/6D方向检测、跌落等。

The da210 is a low power high performance capacitive three axes linear accelerometer developed by micromachined technology. These high performance silicon micromachined accelerometers consist of a sensor element and an ASIC packaged in a 2x2x1.1 mm land grid array (LGA) and it is guaranteed to operate over an extended temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. The sensor element is fabricated by single crystal silicon with DRIE process and is protected by hermetically sealed silicon cap from the environment. The device features user selectable full scale of ±2g/ ±4g/ ±8g/ ±16g measurement range with data output rate from 1Hz to 4KHz with signal condition, temperature compensation, self-test, free fall detection imbedded. The da210 has a self-test mode for user to check the functioning of the sensor and a sleep mode that makes it good for handset power management. Two independent and flexible interrupts greatly simplify the algorithm for various motion status detection. Standard I2C and SPI interface is used to communicate with the chip.
