•The MT3601 is a hall effect gear tooth sensor with self adjusting capability, it is specially designed for a back biased application. Putting a bias magnet south facing the back side(no marking) of the device, it can measure the change of the magnetic field leads by the spinning of the target gear tooth and give out digital output while the change of the magnetic field is larger than the sensor’s sensitivity. The sensor IC is a mixed signal device with an on-chip A/D converter and logic circuit for digital sampling and holding and an open collector output which is short circuit protected, the bias magnet range is designed from 10mT to 500mT.

•MT3601是一颗BiCMOS工艺制成的自适应数字式凸轮轴传感IC。使用时需在芯片后部提供一定强度的南极磁场源,通过铁磁物质的接近远离、凸轮的旋转等方式改变其输出状态。当磁场强度到达最低点并上升相当于滞回量时,输出低电平,当磁场强度到达最高点并下降相当于滞回量时,输出高电平。
