•MT4151 is unipolar hall sensor. It set fit magnetic sensing window (BOP=110GS,BRP= 75GS) for avoid EMC interrupt in harsh noise environment.

•It has wide operating voltage range from 3.5V to 60v, and temperature range from -40C to 150C. It is quite suitable for high power BLDC application ,especial using in electrical motorcycle ,automotive:

•Bipolar工艺:具有宽泛的工作电压以及良好的反向电压保护能力,特别适用于高噪声和高电磁干扰环境下的应用。

•单极霍尔只需一个磁极控制,磁铁接近时输出低电平,远离时输出高电平,另一极性始终高电平。此特性可与单个磁铁或者其他类似结构相互配合,产生不同应用例如接近开关、转速检测、水流传感、无接触式定位等。
